Slide Vivo Y Series

Brief

We came up with a unique transformative strategy for launching the VIVO Y51 series that surges their Brand sales and market presence among the competitors with the same segment of mobiles.

Challenge

VIVO is a leading multinational manufacturer of smartphones. Founded in 1995 in China, ranking as the 10th top smartphone globally. They make some of the most durable and reliable phones with creativity and technology.
The brand wanted to come out and look different and position itself as they are the most youth-friendly mobile manufacturers in the market. Our challenge was to make the product stand out from the clutter as there are too many products that offer a similar segment and we didn’t have a celebrity face as other brands have for this same segment. So how can we make the series look unique and different that was the challenge for us.

Solution

They wanted us to design something that can reach their target audience with a youth-friendly approach and an affordable price range without compromising on technology, with the tagline “ CAPTURE YOUR LIFE”.
Y series went for the shoot for the first time and we did this for them. We differentiated the segment with a brand colour which they never had before and turned out a good decision, as this helped the product segment caught the eyes in the market through the colour we selected. We chose the colour Orange for the brand creatives as it was completely different from the VIVO signature colour Blue.

Impact

Our unique designs and creative strategy with fresh thinking created the best impacts on this segment as the dealers appreciated the presence of the creatives in the market which escalated their sales in this Y series segment.
